    Amazing Ramen

    In short-
    —everything was fabulous!!
    Longer version:
    We had a few of the Viet-inspired apps— house-made Vietnamese spring rolls were #incredible!!
    As was the himachi/tuna tartar !!
    Also had a roll - a take on a negihama- the ingredients were fresh, pure, so tasty, whole keeping the simplicity-- and beautiful sushi rice (which is very hard to find).
    For the #sushipurists out there— you must go; this is one of our city’s true #sushi #sashimi gems 💎!!
    We came here on spur of moment,
    and were beyond pleasantly surprised.
    The staff was welcoming & excellent.
    Cannot wait to go back and enjoy the sake list, cocktails & Nippon whiskey selection... and much more food, of course!

    Got the commerce and st paul square rolls and salmon maki. All were awesome. Limited menu at the moment that will be expanded in the next few weeks once it's fully open. Great place, friendly staff. Will have a full bar on Oct 31.
