Texadelphia - The Strand

It was good. As advertised. But I opened an account with the app and was supposed to get free chips and queso. I ordered it, scanned the code from my phone, didn’t notice until I got home that they weren’t in the bag.

Honestly, it’s why I haven’t been back yet. I will, but I lost some excitement.

This place is amazing! Both times I've went so far I've walked out with leftovers for a second meal. They have an app where you can accrue points for purchases. They have several TVs with different but very entertaining channels. There is only one bathroom per gender (so a possible wait), but they have plentiful seating, filling chips and queso appetizers, and drinks! I found a new favorite bar/grill, so-to-speak, that's walking distance home for me! Great decor and clean place too. Love it!!

My friends and I loved having dinner here! There were 8 of us, and plenty of seating in the party area to be comfortable. The appetizers, sandwiches, sides, and salads were all fresh and proportions were huge to get full! We all got our food in a timely manner and were able to listen to the music and hear one another across the table which I personally love. I highly recommend because the atmosphere is fun and the food is scrumptious and consistently fresh!

A delicious meal. The Philly is fresh and tasty and the light and crispy chips are a perfect compliment.
The service is always friendly and the staff let's you take your time ordering. Not everyone there has tried the full menu (shame on the managers... Hold a staff tasting please) but they are as helpful as they can be.

Take your temperature at the automated thing by the door, wear a mask and get the food kind of full. The one that makes you want a nap.

I like The Texican, but The South Philly is my favorite.
