“Very busy at 430pm but I did not wait long for my peanut butter smoothie. The inside was very clean and comfortable with plenty of seating to enjoy my mid day snack. The girls were placing up Halloween decor which made me happy. The parking lot is funky so don't miss your turn. I received coupons inside and a free pen. I also tried the zucchini bread that was in the cooler, a little on the dry and sugar less side, not like grandma's zucchini bread but a good safe alternative.”

“We like Blimpie but don't have any close by where we live. So we always make it a point to stop when we can. It was late evening but we still got fresh sandwiches. Server was very friendly and professional. Only thing keeping this from being a 5-star rating is my wife had to hunt the server down in the store after waiting a few minutes at the counter.”

“I was more impressed when they were on Blanco before. Now it seems they are inconsistent. The blond woman at the register isn't very customer service oriented. Won't even offer packets of parmesan or red peppers. You have to ask for them. This last time I went to pick up a slice of cheese pizza I was given a small slice. For 3.25 I expect the same large slice on a consistence basis. I feel 3.25 is a little steep to begin with. Unfortunately, I think I'll pass next time I want a slice and look elsewhere.”

“Whoever owns this location seriously needs to check on the lack of customer service provided by their managers. I placed my order online at 8:00pm. The status changed to "out for delivery" at 8:02pm. I called the store at 8:30 and asked where my order was. I don't know what "manager" I spoke with, but he only offered excuses. He confirmed that the driver left at 8:02 and had one delivery before mine. There was no apology, only the excuse that he only had one driver, annoyed tone that I'd have the audacity to check on my "freaky fast" order and then he hung up on me. Our food arrived at 8:45 and because I had vinegar and oil on my sandwich the bread was completely soggy. We also didn't get our requested condiment packets and napkins. Very, very disappointed. The driver, however, was very apologetic and kind. Edit: The GM called shortly after I wrote my original review. He was apologetic and seemed to really want to make things right. Our last two deliveries have been prompt and well made. Tonight's order in particular is AMAZING! Thank you JJ for dinner tonight!”
