    Food was delish. I had fish tacos and it had a nice big piece of fish in each of them. My Mom had the Cobb salad and it was big enough for 2 people and my Hubby had the chicken & waffles. All were nice portions and very tasty.

    May 2018 - Always good food, good beer and good time. Sunday night's are the best with the Lost Sounds of a Texas Honky Tonk.

    Johnson City in the Spring time. Ms Lady Bird, Yer the Bomb... You had the foresight to see the Hill County in spended colors. Okay, the Pecan Street is certainly Texas friendly, Place has a lively Hill County atmosphere. The hostess who served me was very knowledgeable about the menu and beer selection and was very bubbly! Chow is good, typical pub grub. Nice selection of beer. I had the blonde. Light yet full bodied. Just like I like my women! The restaurant is in the old city center just off 290. All in all,,, Good place to grab a bite and a beer. Scouts Out..

    From the moment my family and I walked in, we were kindly greeted and felt welcomed. I've been here a couple of times on our way to marble falls. The food is delicious and their beers are great too!

    Best chicken fried steak I ever had. The Jailbird is not traditional but delicious. Highly recommended this place.
