Sorry no photo, it smelled so good I didn’t take the time to take a pic.
The Filthy Biscuit was the best biscuit and gray experience I’ve ever had…the biscuit was light and fluffy, the gravy was tasty with plenty of sausage, and the scrambled egg (I added an extra) really tops it off. My Horchata coffee was also very good. Thank you Jittery Biscuit for making my morning!
Nice little food trailer. Biscuit was really good, sausage gravy tasted like the cook knew what they were doing (respectable chunks of sausage as well), the coffee unfortunately was barely warm (may bring my own coffee next time) Shady eating area under a big tree, two picnic tables (fixed benches) and several "spool" tables with bar stools
So cute, the menu is great. Love how you can choose to make your own drink and don't have to get something off the menu.
The Filthy Biscuit is a well-rounded breakfast treat. Yummy proteins + carbs with biscuits, sausage gravy, and egg. My favorite cookie is the lemon blueberry. It's like a lighter take on the lemon bar with whole blueberries. A number of great options for coffee and other drinks. Their dreamsicle-inspired twisted sodas are really refreshing without being overly sweet. I like plenty of meat on my sandwiches but I have to get an occasional Veg too :-)
Passing through stopped after reviews. Coffee was ok, the dirty biscuits were "cue the angels" perfection, best of both worlds brown gravy and white gravy together in utter happiness. The bronuts were awful, we brought them home, and everyone at the house passed on them.
