The Classic Italian Piada is very tasty. The owner described a Piada as an Italian Gyro, and that's a pretty good description.
We tasted the Piggy Chowder (pork) and Texas Chowder (beef). Both were great. Given the choice, I would go with the Piggy Chowder.
