I’ve visited this location a few times and each experience was different. When I say that, I mean the flavor of the seafood was different. I always eat the boiled seafood and ask for it EXTRA spicy and each time it’s barely any spice to it. I’ve actually had an order of boiled shrimp and it was spicy enough to have my nose running. Also, the crawfish tastes like they’re reboiling them as they cook them. Crawfish was very soggy and once again, not spicy. Overall, the prices are pretty reasonable and the staff is pretty much okay. I recommend to go in the evening when there is fresh seafood dropping back to back. Seems like during the day, food is just sitting out getting cold/room temperature.

I ordered 2 duo delights to go. They put one the bag. I called and they told me to come pick up the other one anytime. I went the next day, no questions asked. Gave me my food

I attempted to call my order into the Pearland location but was left on hold for over 5 min. Upon my arrival, both the young lady and guy that was at the front counter seemed very disinterested with helping customer. The guy that took my order barely spoke loud enough for me to hear him over the noise inside the restaurant. My food was good, but the service could've been much better.

1st time visiting. Food is very good. However, please educate your frontline staff in 1st and foremost, customer service ( hello, thanks for coming to....2nd educate them on what you are selling and what goes into making each dish that's on the menu. We asked a couple of questions and they both were looking like deer in the headlights. I would've given a 4 but the customer took points away. Please share with staff.
