    I've never had a bad meal here or at any of their other locations. Friendly staff, food good and good prices. It does get crowded at times, so I'd recommend avoiding times like the lunch rush if you can.

    Upon arrival we were greeted and before being seated we were browsing through the items at the souvenir store. Staff was helpful and friendly, then being seated the waiter was helpful and always checked on us if we needed anything. The cashier, being seated, all staff 100% helpful. 100% satisfied customer, thank you cracker barrel. Also new item the fried chicken is superb

    This Cracker Barrel in Houston was very busy. Which is good. The day we were there we waited our turn and seated after about a 20 minute wait. We walked around the store and looked at the many items displayed while waiting to be seated. Our server was great, he brought out our drinks and our food when it was ready. Unfortunately our food was cold. My husband was very disappointed. Our server did not come back to the table so we asked another server to please see if she could get our server to come to the table with the bill. We left after that. We love to eat at Cracker Barrel but we won’t go back to eat here.

    Call ahead order wasn't quite ready although given ample time. Otherwise all very good

    Simple southern cooking. my favorite is the sunday chicken. it is 2 fried chicken breasts served with two sides. For dessert, the apple dumpling is the way to go. It's so delicious and caramel covered. Just awesome
