    After being at CHi St Joseph's Er all day we finally took a break to head home and get cleaned up. We stopped by Jack in the Box and the young lady at the drive through window was very gracious and kind. I don't know who you were but Thank you

    Food was fresh and tasty. Drive through line was slow though.

    Food was good. Only thing I can complain about is the people that work there(specifically the drive thru person). I rolled up to order. Waited a good 5 minutes. Then said, "hello" only to get a response of, "Ma'am, we'll be right with you". Waited a couple more minutes then they took my order. After that it ran smoothly. Next time it would be nice for someone to actually greet when a customer arrives.

    It was my first time at Jack in the Box and the young lady behind the counter found that out immediately and began shooting off her favorites. The food was much better quality than I was expecting for a fast food brunch. I had a good conversation with the manager (Jan I think) and she truly loves the company and it’s good to see that in the fast food industry. She runs a great crew and I’ll be going back. Great service!
