Starbucks

This location is always fast when I order online. Lots of parking so I can easily run in to get my order. Sometimes I go in the drive thru if there’s not a line. Today I went in to get my order and for the first time had to wait for my drink. Turns out someone had accidentally picked up my drink so they took extra precautions to remake mine due to covid. This made me feel safe. They are also so friendly here!

I had a great experience at this location. I don't go to Starbucks very often but when I do I like this one specifically. During this whole virus thing, I went to get my wife and girls a treat and I went to the drive through to get frappes. I don't know much about the menu so the girl at the window was awesome. She knew what she was talking about. She helped me understand the difference between certain drinks and what was best for what I was looking for. And to top it off, they were awesome, we got the the caramel frappe and a cotton candy frappe. I got my wife a cookie frappe aswell. The girl at the window was very caring and passionate at the window. She had a rose tattoo on her arm, I didn't catch her name but that was great customer service. Also the line was super fast! Will definitely come back!

Always perfect and delicious. They always have my mobile order ready. Been a Gold member since 2015 and in 2020 their service is still 5 stars ⭐️
