Fargo's Pit BBQ

The food is on point! Got a pound of brisket, 1/2 chicken and some sides. Not a single part was found wanting, it was all mouth watering delicious ????! The owner himself was there working the counter and helped me figure out what to get. He was extremely kind and very friendly. Their BBQ sauce is easily on par with anyone else's in Texas if not better than most. Will be returning and sending more customers that direction.

This place is without a doubt the best barbecue in town. The rib tips are superb and the brisket is tender and has a great bark. Fargo's is a must try for anyone visiting the B/CS area.

Fargo's BBQ Pit has some truly excellent BBQ with some solid side dishes. Their brisket and ribs are great, and the deep smokey flavor is out of this world.

The BBQ does run on the dry side, but that's not always a bad thing. Depending on your preference, you'll either love it or hate it. If you want it to be "fall apart in your mouth" BBQ, you'll probably want to go elsewhere. If you want something with a bit more chew and texture to it, then come here for your fix. It's a good style for those who really enjoy savory BBQ, but it might not be for everyone.

Really great barbecue! Or at least the brisket was wonderful. So glad they are at the new location because it does make parking somewhat easier!
