    My sweetie and I regularly enjoy visiting Coco Loco, a hidden gem on Texas Ave tucked in the parking lot of a frequently changing hotel. The food here is always solid, prices affordable, and the service has always been friendly and accurate.

    I love the salsa and will totally empty the bowl, while my sweetie is fond of the spicy green sauce. And I don't know what magic goodness is in their enchilada sauce, but OMG it is SOOO good! I mop up the left overs from my plate even after I finish the enchiladas. The rice is good, and much closer to what I've had from homemade Spanish rice than most restaurants. And while refried beans aren't my favorite, I still enjoy eating the ones at Coco Loco.
