Café Eccell

We had a good experience here. Our waitress was very sweet, the drinks were great (highly recommend the jalapeño/cucumber margarita), food was good. I got the crab stuffed shrimp ($27), which was excellent but the grits that came with it were not very good. Overall I felt it was a little pricey for the value. Having said that, I’d give Cafe Eccell another chance and order something else.

Had an amazing time celebrating my niece's graduation from Texas A & M College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences here! Our meal was fantastic and the service was excellent! Thank you for a wonderful meal that added to an already extraordinary day celebrating such a monumental achievement for her!

The food is always amazing, as well as the service! It is definitely a go to for our family. Whether we dine in or get takeout, the food is always consistent. And who doesn’t love their tarts? Incredible!

I don't normally write reviews but the food was so good I had too. The chicken Eccell was moist and flavorful. It was so good, even the microwaved leftovers are still delicious. The chocolate mousse was fluffy and buttery and melt-in-your-mouth good.
Also I was here during the summer so there was not much of crowd which was nice.

excellent ambience. Unsurpassed cuisine. Homelike atmosphere and beautiful presentation of food. A chefs dream! Second child at A&M makes life special. Enjoyed dinner with our son and his two friends at cafe excel. The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. Wow! The tarts are amazing! We ordered 2 strawberry chocolate for takeout and our party of 5 had more than enough. They are worth every penny! We will be back! Enjoyable selection for a weekend brunch/breakfast. Food and drinks offer a unique version of the standards. Worth a try if you haven’t been there.
