Love the breakfast tacos, but annoyed at unpredictable hours.

I've only run Favors from here and I hope in the future I can increase the amount of stars, but due now, 3 it is. Calling ahead with the order, bring told it'll be ready in 8-10 mins, arrive, and wait 15 mins at the window to pay cuz they're just barely getting it together. That was 25 mins. Called another order in, told 5 mins. I was across town, so figured from the other experience, should be ready when I get there. There was someone in front of me, took 4 mins with them. I drive up, still hadda wait 6 mins.
Asked them, do you not start the items until we arrive?? Oh no, we start them just as you call, I don't know why it's been so long the times you've come by as I remember you from this morning and you DID have to wait an even longer time then, I'm so sorry.
    Bizarre...

The people giving one star are idiots/drama queens/let-me-see-the-manager-haircuts who wouldn’t know good food if it hit them in the face. La Bodega has the best breakfast burrito in town by far. Probably the best I’ve ever had, honestly. Their tacos and other stuff are good too, but man those big breakfast burritos are to die for (I love the bacon, my girlfriend loves the chorizo). The staff at Cafe Eccell will tell you their burrito is made the same way as La Bodega, but that is most definitely not true. Maybe they use the same ingredients, but the cooks at La Bodega put some extra flare on it or something. If management is reading this, please have the La Bodega cooks hold a burrito-making seminar for the Cafe Eccell cooks.
