    After reading these reviews, I felt I needed to put my two cents in.
    I have always loved Whataburger. I've been eating it for years now in many different cities. Compared to the other locations, this particular store definitely has a longer wait time, but they typically have a double line of cars wrapped around the building. There's not much the employees can do about that.
    The food itself always comes out hot. It's definitely not sitting under a warmer. Sometimes I have to hold it to the AC so I can eat it (a tad unsafe, but better than cold).
    Not once have I had a wrong order, and I've been eating here weekly for 7 months. Some of the employees even remember I like spicy ketchup if they recognize me.
    Customer service, I will say, is lacking at 1 AM, but then again, wouldn't you be, too? Also, upselling is kind of nonexistent, but most people ignore it anyway.
    All in all, this is my favorite store.
