Subway

I’ve only ever had ONE bad experience at this Subway location. Thereafter I submitted a critical review regarding the (bad) experience I had via the Subway Listens program found on my receipt.

Within a couple hours the OWNER of this restaurant reached out to me and apologized for the experience I had. I won’t go into specifics, but he made it right. Now I can’t speak for every Subway location, but the owner of this location does, in fact, listen.

I’m blown away by this interaction and by how much the staff genuinely care about their customers. That, and of course, the food is (almost) always great.

My go-to sandwich:

Footlong Spicy Italian on Wheat (Toasted)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Spinach
- Green bell peppers
- Purple onions
- Chipotle

I'd say this place is a pretty decent location. The food quality is what you'd expect from a Subway. The place itself looks clean enough for my standards. If you are drunkenly walking from North Gate late at night, i'd recommend getting your munchies on here if you're not feeling Antonio's Pizza.

Great Subway! I've spend many night at this Subway, and it was probably one of favorite places to study. They offer free wifi, so this made studying very convinient. They have this one table that is kinda off to the corner that is right next to a drink machine where I spent most of my time. It was slightly excluded from the other guests, so it gave me a little more privacy to study in peace. Being that they were open 24 hours, I could stay as long as I needed without being asked to leave. Many time the Subway staff would come over and check on me to see if there was anything I needed, which I always apperciated.

The employees are wonderful. Rather than just making my sandwich, they actually tried to strike up conversation while they were preparing it. While preparing it, one of them asked why I chose the specific bread and cheese, before teaching me about the healthiness of each bread. The employees are also very patient, which is great! The people who entered before me were rude and demanding, and the employees stayed calm, kept a smile on their faces, and kept the atmosphere very positive. I will definitely come back here. This might actually be the best Subway I've been to.
