Amazing service. Delicious food, super friendly staff. Is pricey but that is the kind of restaurant it is... delivered what was paid for!

Wade is a prince of a man and an excellent host. He was obviously incredibly busy but made time to say hello and helped us choose a bottle of wine. Ben at the bar took perfect care of us, made great conversation when appropriate and was a server and bartender when necessary. Flawless staff made for an incredible evening.

We will be back.

You can never go wrong here, whether it's a dinner for two or a larger group! The steaks are amazing (you don't need their sauce) and their braised short ribs simply melt in your mouth (my wife's go-to). I grew up fishing in the Gulf, so I tried the grilled red fish...it was not a mistake!

The Staff know their stuff too! The food delivery timing was perfect. They also have a bar, so if you're not into Reservations or just want to have a drink (and they know their drinks) then the bar is your place!

One of the best steaks you can get in college station. An upscale place, would definitely impress you with their service. The steaks are cooked really well. I got NY steak, medium rare. A bit chewy for my pallet but delicious nonetheless. On the pricier side. DO NOT FORGET to reserve your spot. We went on a Wednesday evening and there was a 20 minute wait.

We had a most excellent dinner here following our board meeting. We had a boatload of people, and the republic handled our table with ease. Everything was handled with the utmost level of service and grace. Well done. We had a wide variety of grub and everyone enjoyed their meal. Well done.
