We come hear frequently, and I realized it's been a long while since I wrote a review. Veritas is our favorite College Station restaurant, without a doubt. The food, service, and attention to detail is impeccable. The management and chefs are always accommodating. We have brought several out-of-town guests here, and they have loved it as much as we do. I highly recommend the crudo as an appetizer, and the steaks are my favorite.

Went for a group birthday dinner. The service was outstanding, as was the food. This is a great place for a relaxed get together when you want good food in a non-rush atmosphere. We have never been disappointed in the food here. We were in College Station for a Basketball game our hotel was across the street from Veritas what luck. The food was fantastic the service was great. The chef even check on how our meal was. The wagyu beef was outstanding.

Quality Meals here - yummy. Fell in love with this place from the 1st taste. The staff was friendly and observant. The place has a great feel to it. Similar to a cafe in Las Vegas I loved.

Was a great experience. We ordered a meal that they surprised you with 6 different plates. Later in the meal the chef/owner came out and talked to us. It was nice to actually get to thank someone who put in the work and effort into our meal. I believe food tastes better when you put your heart into it and I will say the chef did just that. Once again thank you it was great.

Love, love love this place! This is my "must visit" spot whenever I come to College Station. I am especially a fan of their tasting menu (which they can make gluten-free and dairy-free if you give them advance notice). The tasting menu is a wonderful way to spot my new favorite dishes (especially fish dishes)! The quality of the fish dishes here is especially outstanding.

A dinner out here costs a bit more, and dress is more formal, but the atmosphere is wonderful (live music), and the company, wines and food are divine!

Just a few tips. First, reservations are highly encouraged, and I would say necessary for groups larger than four. One of the reasons I love this place so much is that they can accommodate my gluten-free, dairy-free needs. If you want to do the tasting menu, and you have special dietary needs, you need to give them lead time - I believe they said they needed 24 hours, so let them know when you make the reservation.
