We were there for a celebration with my daughter and grandson. The atmosphere was perfect! We had the filet and wagyu as well as the mac daddy burger and grits. The steaks were cooked to perfection and almost had the texture of butter…so tender! Everything was delicious and we especially enjoyed sharing our dishes. Our waitress, Jamie, was a doll and the bartenders are masters!! L&M is a great place for special occasions but the vibe is also chill enough for just a fun date night or gathering with friends.

For my birthday I had hamburger with grilled onions and mushrooms with cheese sauce! Amazingly delicious, mashed potatoes were great and key lime pie fresh, tasty and beautiful. All the workers and owners were so sweet , kind and gracious! Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

Such a good addition to brownwood. The restaurant was beautiful with such a good atmosphere. Their Mac Daddy burger was AMAZING. The Dry aged steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The drinks were delicious. Will definitely be returning.

(one word review HEAVENLY) Best food in Brownwood and not overpriced for the quality. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the the seasoning was harmonious, sear was perfect. The sauces and appetizers where all terrific and had apparent herbal flavors that are balanced but well-defined. Best meal we have ever had! worth every penny!

My steak was perfectly cooked, the sides were very tasty. Nice selection of wine, and the decor in the old building was well thought out as it preserves the integrity of what is a beautiful building and space.

Thanks to Charles for great service and for making my party feel comfortable and well attended to...we'll ask for him again when we come next week to show the new place off. Great new addition to our community! Wishing you much success.
