“Ate the lunch special (chicken tenders). Very good. Waitress was very polite and knew what she was doing. Place was very clean. Several other customers there also and she stayed on top of her job. Some men came in and sat at a larger table by the speakers and mentioned that it was a little loud. The waitress immediately turned the music down so that it was st a comfortable level for them and everyone else also. Definitely 5 stars.”

“Great atmosphere, friendly staff and the coldest beer in town. This is actually the best bar in Burleson County. Very laid back biker bar where everyone is treated like family. Friday night is steak night and you WILL NOT find a better Ribeye steak anywhere, it's the best. They have pool tables and games and also karaoke and great live bands. I highly recommend this place!”

“Great place for steaks, burgers, etc.. Quiet country restaurant that gets a lot of business! Really popular for their Chicken Fried Bacon!!! That's right the chicken fried bacon is amazing, who would have thought!!! You get several pieces of bacon that are chicken fried served with a nice bowl of cream gravy for dipping! It makes a really great appetizer!! We ordered their chicken Fried steaks with mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese for the sides for our lunch and weren't disappointed! It's not very far from Texas A&M and is a very popular spot for Fire Fighters from around the state that come to train at the A&M fire academy. There are banners and patches adorning the walls from Fire Department's all over the state!”

“Unfortunately I didn't have that great of an experience today during lunch. Ordered the chicken fried steak with steamed broccoli and a salad. Instead of broccoli I received fries (which usually goes better with the chicken fried steak - I understand). I advised the waitress of this mistake but she placed the plate in front of me and said I'll go check on the broccoli. I started eating my meal. After a few minutes I asked if she found my broccoli and she reached over for my plate saying she would need to discard the fries otherwise it would be an extra charge. That's a big no no!!! I said I'll pay extra because I didn't want to cause a scene and argue about the mistake they made. And I was in fact charged in the end. My friend had a burger and she said it was good. My chicken fried steak was alright as well as the gravy and broccoli. The fries however were unseasoned and bland. I don't think I will return due to lack of customer satisfaction and poor service. On another note I found the place needed to be a bit cleaner and the salad bar is in desperate need of lighting. Dressings and sauces were unlabeled”

“Depending on who is working as to whether you will like Somerville Subway or not. The manager, she's pretty good and very polite. Nat is like a Sandwich Queen, she makes them exactly how you tell her and she's very nice. The older African American woman has been with Subway since Moses parted the waters, she's very basic on sandwiches but not very friendly. The guy is new, so he's still learning, he's very polite but easily frustrated. They are all great about keeping everything stocked and fresh. The Subway drinks are now ¢.79 just like Cefco drinks so you can order your drink with your food for the same cost. I highly suggest that you try your sandwich as a wrap. Any sandwich can be made as a wrap and it is definitely worth the tryout.”
