Kreuz Market

I have visited Kreuz several times and have always found it to be top notch barbecue. On my last visit it seemed that the quality had slipped some (although the pork chop was still great). I will chalk it up to the fact that we visited shortly before closing time so maybe the meat had been holding for awhile. Nevertheless I look forward to my next visit.

Really Delicious Brisket. I loved the way they turned it into a 'Destination' Location. You'll go out of your way to see all the details they put into this place, not to mention, you'll also have a really really good meal. We loved it so much we took 3lbs of Brisket with us.

Personally, this is my favorite BBQ joint in the entire state of Texas. They embrace a philosophy of cooking meat so well that you won't want to use sauce, and they pull it off. The shoulder clod is my all time favorite. Put a chunk of a slice of white bread and transcend your mundane concerns. The brisket will also change your life. If there is one weakness it's their sides, which are just OK. However, $1.50 for a cone of Blue Bell is hard to beat.

Some of the greatest BBQ I have ever had you really need to check this place out. The service was amazing and very clean. Keep up the get work guys!! And thank you for making my brother's bachelor party dinner so yummy!

Excellent cafeteria style BBQ, one of my top 10 places visited so far... Smoke levels perfect, sausage and prime rib are killer, brisket good as well but I prefer craft style where it doesn't fall apart. It was our first time there so I'll update review on second visit, we'll know what to do and go earlier to try everything with better pics and variety. But they are right No Sauce needed
