    Awesome place to eat not to crowded space to relax. Food tasted awesome got the buffet for around 10.00 now that my friends is a steal.

    Great value. Had the buffet 11:00- 3:00. Everything was very good. The service was awesome. Looking forward to trying their barbacoa

    The owner was instrumental to catering a phenomenal public event on behalf of the City of Brownsville. We were able to remotely set up an order for delivery for close to $500 worth of food and drinks. Without Cocina Maiz, this could not have been possible.

    Would definitely without a doubt go back again.Chilaquiles are the best! The service is great! Owner is so nice, kind, and genuine. Loved everything about this place. Definitely check it out if you want a delicious meal.

    Fantastic food! Had 2 of the specials and they were amazing. The beans stole the show! Best beans I’ve ever had!
