Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q

They officially separated the tables which is nice. The potatoes are always thicc and loaded. Buns on the sandwiches have a nice butter crust. They have a carbonated water dispenser on the sprite that is just as strong as a glass bottled topo chico which is 🤌. The water filter needs to be changed but overall its good (thats my 4 star reason only). The green chili stew is nice and spicy. Service great, place is nice and clean.

All the good barbecue you could want! Rudy's is always a good spot to eat at. Amazing flavor just the way you want it! You can have all kinds of meat, and all kinds of sides. Try the green chile stew. Plenty of seating and a good atmosphere here. Great date idea! Moderately priced but great bang for your buck. You really only need half a pound of meat lol, but I always get three meats, 1/4 lb each. 🤣

I gave them a 3 because my wife and I eat at Rudy's once a month or so. They have pretty good brisket and sausage. My complaint is, tried the ribs and they aren't very good dry, chewy and flavorless. Good ribs are hard to do and they trying to keep them ready to eat

Country meals always rich in salt and butter. This Texas BBQ restaurant is no exception.... Known for their smoked beef brisket. Half BBQ CHICKEN Tasty, CHICKEN Moist, CHICKEN Tender, and the seasoning flavor well; CHICKEN Lean.... NO! I would have preferred skinless non greasy chicken. 4 stars for a reasonable price meal, clean atmosphere and all round country vibes. Oh meal comes with 4 slices of bread and dipping sauce of your choice.
