Ceviche Ceviche

When I tell you... that this is one of the best things I have ever eaten. I'm being 100% honest. You have not had ceviche until you have tried it here. We are massive foodies and this place was a big deal for us. That was heavenly I am in a happy food coma right now.

What we had-
Ceviche 1- The Classic + pesto
Ceviche 2- Mix fish n shrimp with Mango, Kiwi, cilantro, and black olives + Creamy Jalepeno sauce
Ceviche 3- Mix fish n shrimp with Mango, Pineapple, Cilantro, and cucumber + sweet lime sauce

Civeche number 3 was the best out of the three in our opinion. But all were just amazing!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Service was nice, interior vibe was chill. This place is a must if you come to SPI

Forever love this place. You can’t beat the price and the freshness of the food! I like that you can customize and add the ingredients you want. The staff is also very friendly and can make recommendations based on your tastes. The serving itself is bit. I’ll usually go at it for lunch and dinner. The best!

Some of the best Ceviche ever. This place is like a subway for ceviche. So fun to build your own of pick from their favorites. Since they make it right in front of you - INCLUDING CHOPPING SOME OF THE FRUIT/VEGGIES, it is SO FRESH. The staff is super friendly and helpful when it comes to first timers, like us. An absolute must if your on SPI.

We went in tonight a little closer to closing time than I would've preferred (especially on an understandably slow night, given the terrible weather). Though she was already mostly packed up (efficient gal!), the lovely lady that helped us was very affable, and made us great ceviches. Everything was fresh and yummy, and she was very helpful, friendly and informative. The portions were also good for the price.

(I'm a dummy and didn't get her name. But 1\21\22 at 630pm, this brunette was working. Give her a raise!)
