Went there for a business dinner on the "inside" rather than sit on the back deck or "outside". Outside looked better as pics illustrate. Service was good and the appetizers were excellent to the point we didn't really need main courses. My steak was average for a place specializing in steaks but everything else was quite good. A bit pricey for the average consumer.
This place is nice. As for the food. They basically serve what everyone else does on the island at an expensive price. I believe the food quality could have been much better. Service was great. Amazing atmosphere but too dark at night. Could barley see my menu. It was a great experience. But not enough for me to return.
First time going and had a real good time, the food was very good and they had so many choices. A great place to go eat and have a conversation with someone or a group of people. It's a formal place but most people were dressed semi formal more casual. The staff that was working was amazing. L Julio S. served us that day and he was fantastic highly encourage you request him when you go. They also take reservations which I would recommend for busy times in the year.
Wonderful place for a great meal. Everything we ordered was amazing.
The entrées were delicious, crab cakes and calamari. Their homemade marinara sauce is finger liking good.
We had the stuffed flounder it was delicious. Even the desert was decadent, great experience all over.
We made a reservation online and was able to be seated immediately upon arrival. Ambiance was nice but a little loud. Waiter was great and food arrived quickly. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Creme Brulee was the best. We did try the Rockefeller sauce with shrimp, one of the shrimp still had the peel on. Overall would definitely recommend for a romantic date night while in South Padre.
