Braum's Ice Cream And Burger Restaurant

Best hamburger and fries I have had in a long time. Great price 21.00. My last hamburger was olive burger in richardson, the original store. 30.00 for dry dry drug, no vegetable no mayo or other topping. This once was our fav for fast food, but back to braum's we go.

Ok I don't usually do chains but in Texas that's all there is. Look be ready for a nap it's greasy but oh so good. Plus they got ice cream. What???? Ya it's good. Plus good ol Texas hospitality, you can't lose.

Best place for ice creams n burgers.. we visit almost every month... Our kids just love the ice creams... Our all time fav is banana split... Yummy.....

Today's 3-star rating has nothing really to do with a product itself - I ordered the newest Sunday called The Cookie Monster Sunday which is two scoops of there Cookie Monster ice cream on top of shortbread and then chocolate syrup and sprinkles it is delicious! But sad to say, that the person selling this item which is in the Drive-Thru his name is Bobby - and he looked miserable. He didn't sound good in the microphone / speaker when I placed my order then when I drove up to see, it confirmed his demeanor by his sad and unhappy face also he wasn't friendly or polite. Honestly, this can make or break me wanting to return to this establishment because a lot of the times if the product is good but the customer service is excellent It's a for sure return but when you're attended too like this - you don't feel like going back because you don't feel welcomed... hence, the 3-star rating today.
