Da Mario

As someone that eats out a lot, I cannot say enough about this place. Da Mario was recommended by some second generation Italian Americans as the best and most authentic Italian restaurant they have found around here. What a treat!!! This is one of the best meals I have had in many many years!

My first time there was fantastic. Italian food like no other place in Dallas. A must go place perfect for date night.

Da Mario is really the top Italian Restaurant you can find in the DFW area. Luigi, the executive chef, is a highly respected professional and his recipes remind me of my mother's cooking. I particularly suggest the Octopus, the hand made pastas, especially the spaghetti finished in the Parmesan Wheel and all the meats. It is definitely the restaurant to try and to go back

De Mario restaurant was my favorite moment of my Frisco visit this past Sunday. Ray Shard who greeted us was worth the visit in itself. He came outside to say hello and let us know some details on the restaurant. His energy and kindness were so genuine we decided to go in and have a drink and this turned into a three course meal. The decor is sophisticated and warm to match the delicious food. The service was exceptional and everyone greeted us with friendly conversation. A MUST if you find yourself in Frisco, TX.

Aurhentic Italian menu with an extensive wine list. Perfect for families...had a great time! Our server had a great sense of humor and was a good sport. This place exudes warmth, a sense of belonging with its down to earth service. Da Mario at the Star comes highly recommended!
