Mongolian beef, chow fun and their pad thai are my favorite. You can tell them to make it as spicy as you want. Simple hearty dishes that can hit the spot!

Food was pretty good but the service left something to be desired. It had recently opened when we went so maybe they were just working out some kinks in the kitchen?

The food was delicious. I had the lemon chicken and it came out hot. The staff was friendly and the service was good. Good place for dinner.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a new place to have lunch. We decided on Howard Wang’s at The Star. The food deserves 5 stars! Our waiter on the other hand deserves about 2... When we were ready to order he dropped his pen and made a comment “just trying to be as fast as you”, meaning we were ordering too soon? I don’t understand the problem. He was slow on refilling our water and when he did, he would only refill one at a time. It wasn’t until I asked to get my water refilled too he got mad and said “oh yeah”. We kept saying thank you for everything he would do for else and he seemed bothered with no response back to us. He brought the bill to our table and nearly dropped it in between my boyfriend and I as we were still eating, he couldn’t gently settle it down in front of us or away from us. I’m not sure what we did to the guy but he was very rude with his service. We were upset as the food was amazing and the cooks did great but his service made us doubt if we’d return or not.
