So far it’s the best brisket I’ve had in around Dallas. Cooked to perfection. Even the sausage was good although bit spiced and I am not too friendly with spices. Even the dessert (included in the dine in meal) was nice. Would I come back? Definitely can’t wait!
The cream cheese and brisket filled jalapenos were amazing! This was our first time at Hutchins as were new to the area. We had no clue that there was free dessert but a lady eating asked us if we did on the way out. The food was great, customee service was excellent. The atmosphere is nice.
I took my family and my parents here to get some Real Texas Barbecue. What an Awesome Place! This place serves some amazing Barbecue! I had the Brisket, the Chicken and the Turkey. Best I have ever had. My Father ate about 2 pounds of the Brisket and I have never seen him that happy or eat that much.... ever. He ate so much he was still to full for dinner. I have found my Barbecue place here. The only thing this place lacks are some beds. That way we can eat our fill an then comfortably lay down and slip happily into a food coma. Outstanding place.
Good BBQ, but not great. The chopped beef has a nice mix of burnt ends and softer cuts. The St. Louis ribs were well-smoked but not the best quality meat with some gristle and toughness. I haven't tried the sides but hear they are very good. May have been better at one time and now riding more on reputation than striving for greatness. Sorry, I LOVE great BBQ.
This BBQ is the best BBQ I have ever had. The brisket was so tender and flavorful. The sausages where all crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. The ribs were fall off the bone. No sauce was needed but was great as well, the tangy is the best. Come with a group and share so you can try it all.
