Very busy when I was there. In my opinion, the biscuits were a little dry to my taste. Got a mix up on the toast that was ordered, could have been cause of it being busy. Good size portions.

We had the pleasure of eating here on Saturday morning. We got there around 10:15 and were seated immediately. We were missing one of our party, but the waitress, Kristin, was very patient. I got the Portland Omelette with sweet potato hash and biscuits. It was so good. My husband, father and son were equally impressed with there choices. And to top it all off, there was an amazing Sax player providing live music. It was a great time and we will definitely be back, soon. Thanks Kristin for the great service.

I’ve already come here 3 times since they’ve opened and it has always been fantastic food and great service! You can get a decent amount of food for a good price and it’s all delicious! I’ve had their hash, chicken fried steak and chicken, pancakes, and French toast and it’s delicious! The sweet stuff on their menu isn’t so sweet that you feel sick after, it’s just a perfect balance of sweet and satisfying. Coffee wasn’t craft but still pretty decent. This place will definitely make the weekend brunch regular rotation!

We were visiting from out of of town, needed breakfast, saw this place and dropped in at about 9 AM on a Saturday morning. Place was nearly full but were seated quickly. Beautiful place. Waiter was very prompt, extremely friendly, had a charming personality that made us think we'd been friends for years. Menu offers all kinds of egg dishes, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, cereals etc. Wonderful coffee that was fresh, hearty but not bitter. All kinds of creamers and various sweeteners available. Tried an omelette with bacon and mushrooms. Excellent, if a tad "thin" for me--I like them whipped and bit fluffier, but that's just my preference. The side order of grits was wonderful! Rare to find fresh cooked--not instant--grits in big city cafes these days. Loved the clever decor on a wall: artist had mounted oversized eggshells with the tops cracked off revealing the yolk and pointed "out" toward the opposite wall. Other eggshell fragments were mounted as if scattered across the wall. Very eye-catching and amusing. Service was excellent throughout with coffees and water glasses refreshed without having to beg for refills--waiter was always there as if reading our minds. Cafe had been open about 5 months. Really clean restrooms, "open" cooking areas were super clean and organized. Well-lit, comfy seating, plenty of free surface lot parking available. Definitely would love to have one open in our hometown!

Excellent coffee with great flavor served hot as it should be. Food is good. Service was excellent.
Waiting time on Sunday morning was reasonable. They can accommodate large tables.
