I was pleasantly surprised to see that Rodeo Goat finally made its way up north! The food was as fantastic as I remembered since the first time I had it in FW. The buildout is more generic than the FW and Plano locations but the food and service were fantastic. My favorite is the sugar burger. Every single time!
Really good and open to substitute on the burger. We had the royal with cheese and the bad hombre. Hand punched fries, the goat balls (didn't like it at all). Salted caramel pretzel shake.
The food was really good and flavorful! The prices were average.
The service was awful, it was lunch time on Monday. There was only 4 other tables and 3 servers on, no reason for poor service.
This location just opened so I believe they will eventually get the process down to perfection. I say this because the food flavors are absolutely delicious and awesome. The variety of burgers and or the combination of things that you can add on or almost create is amazing. They just need to get the bringing of hot food to the table. I only assume this is a product of new hires and getting used to having multiple orders up. Again, all the food has a fantastic taste and we will be back to try it again.
Glad that it is in Frisco now (Saw it in Plano, wanted to try but never did) We tried Sugar burger (has peaches), Whiskey burger (with cranberry sauce) and Bad Hombre (with crazy spicy habanero sauce), they’re all good. Love the goat chips, thin crunchy with little sweet taste. And last but not least, goat balls for dessert, fried cheese balls top with cranberry sauce, yummy!
