One and Only Burgers and Fries

Easily the best burgers I’ve ever had. Low prices for high quality food! The owners are so kind and welcoming. The staff is always wonderful too!

This is the Only Place I know that starts cooking your Hamburgers once you place the order. You get a steaming HOT Hamburger or Cheeseburger with Hot Fresh Cut Fries. "NO" Lukewarm or Assembly Line Burgers here. If you haven't visit this place,you need to. They are the Best Burger Place in McKinney. It’s been awhile since I’ve been motivated to do a review but the burgers and fries are soooo good.

Been hitting up this burger spot for like 5+ years... They started in a real small spot in McKinney and have moved into the big boy shop on the corner. I could not speak highly enough of One and Only. I usually go at lunch and the proprietors of this eatery are usually the ones working the place. A few nights ago the wife and I went and the side running the shift and kitchen was killing it! Great attitude, and great food! Don't miss this place

Good burger. Somehow they left the beacon off the bacon cheeseburger... but it was still good. HUGE order of fries and they're good. All the free toppings, too. I'll give them another shot.

You can find only one burger in McKinney that is better than a One and Only Burger, and it is in a 5 star white tablecloth steakhouse downtown. Second to that this is the absolute best. I love love love that they have green chili as a topping, because I cannot pass up a green chili cheeseburger. The fries are perfect for hand cut fries, so crispy and hot. Salted perfectly. Extremely friendly staff. The owners are community minded and really love McKinney and their customers. You must eat here.
