The brisket is almost too good. Don't get it chopped, you'll want to get slices to get the full quality of what they're doing. It has a thick, flavorful crust, and a tender interior. No barbecue sauce is needed, although the sauce is plenty good. The potato salad balanced out the flavors of the barbecue without being gloppy. The mac and cheese was the best I've ever had from a barbecue place; rich and flavorful without being heavy. But you shouldn't leave without getting dessert, if for no other reason than because it's free. The banana pudding was a nearly perfect specimen, but I couldn't pass up on the peach cobbler with soft serve. What way to end a meal.

This is a great place to get some good barbecue. They just recently did reconstruction and they now have lots of parking and plenty of seating. They also redid the bathrooms and they are much nicer. The food here is amazing there is nothing bad at this location. Customer service is great they come to the tables fairly often making sure you're okay and don't need anything. The price for the food is great it matches with the quality delivered. The only thing I dislike is they got rid of the rolls and went to bread. It can be a little challenging to get into the facility just because of how busy the area is. There's a handicap accessible ramp and parking both. Ample handicap parking. They also have merchandise here for the restaurant. This is definitely a great place to go eat and it's one of the best places for barbecue in the area.

World class BBQ. Generous with the meat. Good sides. If you go on the weekend, get one of the stuffed jalapenos. There will often be a line, but it's worth the wait. There is an all you can eat option if you hate yourself, but a 2 meat with sides will leave you stuffed.

First time in Dallas and my coworkers recommended Hutchins since it's a local joint. Couldn't be happier, the brisket melts in your mouth and has just the right amount of smokiness. The ends provide a good texture that compliments the melt-in-your-mouth middle. All the sides looked good, but I had the loaded mashed potatoes along with the broccoli slaw, which was a good combo. Prices are reasonable given the portion size. I'm coming back next time I'm in town!

The biggest problem with dining here was that we had to stand in line for nearly 1 hour before we even had the opportunity to consume food. In my personal opinion, the wait was not worth it. The food was very delicious! Their brisket and chicken had flavors that were very delicious, but not unique. It definitely wasn't worth the long wait.
