Pizza Hut

Waited an hour and 15 minutes some of that in the drive through, some inside. Tried to leave and wife said no, go back because we paid for it and the kids want pizza. Still no pizza finally left with out it. Lady at the register said she would credit my card but she never did. Called back later and they made it right.
I understand things happen and they were very busy that night! Things happen. We will continue to get pizza here!

I wanted to change my review tonight ⭐to ⭐⭐⭐⭐because even though I had a rough experience, the call center and the manager at this store were very professional, and honestly sweet. Customer Service is the most important thing to me, and I appreciate it. I feel happy with cold pizza, wrong pizzas, cold wings, wrong wings and with a 30 minute longer wait. Hard night for the crew, but yay ???? for a good manager!

This location is great. I live not too far from there and I order carry out quite often. I never had to wait for too long to get my order. Pizza tastes great. Love the $7.99 two-topping promotion. thin crust chicken onion pizza is my favorite. I like chicken bacon as well. I recommend this store to everyone.
