This location is very slow to make your sandwich. Its hit or miss on consistency and the sandwich is just slopped together and not assembled with care, like the BBQ sauce is all in one bite ... Fries aren't fresh, although at times they probably are. Additional pics added-- I went back for round three... The sandwich actually is better built now, but the BBQ sauce was not evenly distributed again and they need to fix that. Also, the large upgrade -- if pass. Yes, the picture is what I received, not what I expected

The staff was friendly, fast and accurate, even brought the food to our table. The food came out hot with good portion sizes. The bread was fresh. The sauce bar was stocked neatly and completely. The store was also very clean.
