Rick's Chophouse

We have been several times for the buffet as we were celebrating a special occasion as a family. The food (brunch) is very good with a varied selection. The chef is very good as is the pastry chef. The buffet includes a craving station. The wait staff are courteous, attentive and are knowledgeable about the menu. For a grand fine dining experience you can't go wrong here. I do recommend making reservations.

We live just fish the street and walk here often. Great bar. Food is constantly very good. Excellent steaks and impeccable service. Lovely private dining room too!

I really enjoyed our first visit. My favorite thing was the Texas pecan pie. Our second and third visit were not that notable. The steaks have not been mind-blowing in any of our visits. Our forth visit was for the Sunday brunch and everything was good. I enjoyed the various options they had.

As relative newcomers to McKinney, we are beyond happy to have such an excellent steakhouse in our city. Rick’s has outstanding food, reasonably priced. The staff is attentive and personable. No need to drive elsewhere, with this superb restaurant in McKinney! On our first visit,they made a special welcome on my dessert. We love eating in the bar. The steak and sides are amazing. Always happy with our visits! The carpetbagger is our fav.

What a cool place. Rooms wrap around to the back and join with the hotel. If you are only eating in the front, you are missing out. Get up and stretch your legs walk passed the restrooms, live music in the bar, keep walking great room to the left and to the right is the hotel. If you are into pistol's you have to check out the personal collection of the hotel owner, its amazing! Back to the restaurant, food was TOP notch, PRIME experience all the way around, from service to food and back again...
