Fantastic first experience at Ciao Sushi. Food was amazing...everything was super fresh...and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend you try this place out and we will definitely be back very soon!!! Extensive menu so looking forward to trying lots more rolls and sashimi!!!
Food quality and presentation were very good. I do question serving ketchup with the tempura bento box. Thankfully there was some unlabeled Soy Sauce on the table. Was going to sit at the bar was told they weren't able to make drinks. Sat at table instead. I know times are hard for new establishments so it's hard to hire experience d servers. Kid needs a little work on the service end. Will return to try some other interesting items didn't get to try.
Sushi was fresh and delicious. Service was prompt and priced well. Great experience. No photos because we devoured everything too fast. Definitely order the yummy roll!
We’re giving it a 3 out of 5 because the sushi was amazing. We want to support local restaurants as much as we can but you definitely need some feedback from 1/29. Your service was awful, not sure what happened because I see the reviews on here that your servers provide great service but a good amount of individuals that went in Saturday was pretty disappointed in the service we all received. Your tables were not full, you weren’t busy. I could have waited on all the tables there by myself. And would have been cleaning off menus with the extra time I had. Not sure if you were having system issues but everyone waited a while just to get their first drink and their food. Good communication is key. As long as the servers would have been communicating with their tables better then I believe guest would have been more understanding. ( you were out of stock of a good amount of items, I get it you just opened) I was being very patient. The drink I got was not tasty (maybe missing some ingredients, not sure). I believe the servers you had there Saturday night could use some better customer service training. Orders didn’t go in after tables ordered. We herd a good amount of bad remarks from tables and others sitting at the bar. You couldn’t provide a gentleman change for a $20. He ended up leaving without ordering food due to the bad service from the start. I quote he stated “ I was really hoping this place would to do good but I’m disappointed”. My family and I will be back because we believe in second chances, the sushi was fantastic and we would love for your restaurant to thrive.
Ate two specialty rolls take-out, so I can't comment on the atmosphere (although it looked great while I waited on my food).
They're a little proud of their rolls, but once they're plated you can see why. VERY delicious, and generously large rolls. You can taste the difference between the ingredients, and there's no need to add sauces or soy. Friendly service, and happy feeling on the front end.
No complaints, other than the general wish things would be cheaper; 'tis the way of things nowadays, I guess.
