King Crab Shack

Cluster Snow Crab was deliciously seasoned! Waiter was checking in on us frequently and service was great. Look forward to them establishing. Love Sea Food!

Stopped by to grab a quick snack for lunch. I ordered a Fish n Shrimp Fried Baskets, which took only about 5-6mins waiting, which was great. I understand that there were a few of negative reviews, but since they were just opened, literally a week ago, so things take time to build. What I've seen so far while writing this review, every table in the restaurant (around 10) was served in a good mannerly time. 3 or 4 of them even complimented on the food (I truly saw it). Probably because they started everything from scratch here, so the chemistry among customer service is still a bit lacked (my waiter Zach was good though) during crowded times as they couldn't catch up, but I totally understand it (most of the negative reviews were during the busy hours), but I believe they'll get better very soon. So far so good! Nothing to complain.
I understand that people usually comment or review when they have a bad impression (we all do) rather than a good one (unless they're amazingly impressed), so I think it's a bit unfair as for what I've seen, all customers in and out were satisfied by the time I'm writing this. Many customers were told before leaving to leave good reviews here, but I don't think they're gonna do it (all of them). So I decided to leave one here.
Overal, good food, good service and good experience!

So excited I can get king crab so close to home and not have to drive into Dallas! On a rainy Thursday night, first week they opened I had a good experience. Sat at the bar and ordered the king crab no seasoning, side of fries and had a couple beers. It came out in a boil bag fast and hot and was delicious! I’ll def go back and try their other dishes later, but I had to get my favorite first :)
