Ai Sushi Japanese Restaurant

I decide to check out this new sushi restaurant after reading all great reviews from other customers. Food quality is very good and excellent customer service. I give them 4 stars because they charge me DoorDash price $8.95 for Philadelphia roll instead of $6.95 on their menu. They blame on system error , But the owner /manager handle the issue very well, excellent customer service. I hope they will fix this error on system. I will definitely come back again for carry out.

This place is phenomenal! The presentation was perfect and the options were great. It is really hard to find good sushi in Texas that doesn’t cost an arm or a leg. Here is where great food and great prices combine like the perfect amount of wasabi and soy sauce. The staff was very friendly and the chefs were amazingly fast without sacrificing presentation. That shows a mastery of the craft like no other. I highly recommend giving them a shot and you will not be disappointed! I tried to talk him out of that bottle of blue label but he wouldn’t budge sadly.

Great food, welcoming environment, friendly staff. That’s how I would describe Ai Sushi, if you’re in the mood for lots of sushi (their menu has a ton!) and other dishes then this is the place!

Finally a good sushi spot in Plano! Ai Sushi ticks all the right boxes in terms of interior design, friendly staffs, menu selection, and most importantly, fresh seafood ingredients -- almost a rarity in this town. Fans of quality fish will love AJ's (owner/chef) tasty nigiri and sashimi. Give this place a try and thank me later =P

Outstanding! The menu here features very inventive, unique dishes, in addition to classic sushi fare. The staff were quick, efficient, and very kind. The owner, AJ, was in when we arrived and took care of us personally--a joy to chat with. He clearly cares deeply about his work, the atmosphere of his restaurant, and culinary creativity. My friend and I tried the Plano Roll, the #1, and even a Salmon/Kiwi roll that was absolutely delightful! If you are looking for a fresh sushi experience in a warm, homey atmosphere--this is your place. 5/5 will be returning often!
