Shake Shack

Excellent meal! Paid $11.88 for a cheeseburger with jalapenos, fries, and a drink. Fries were awesome, burger was a little smaller than anticipated but it was excellent. No complaints here. Highly recommend.

When I first saw this shake shack, I was like here we go. It will take ages before I get my food considering the number of people in the restaurant at that moment but damn!! I received my food within 3 minutes and tasted fresh as well. Love the ambience. Love love the customer service. I wanted a lemonade and but I wasn’t sure which one I wanted considering I had never tried any lemonade before. The guy at the counter gave me a little sample of each to taste before I ordered. This kind of service is very rare where people go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our selection. The people were patient with me as it took me a while before I could decide what I wanted. I would visit this location again.

Fantastic burger joint. Fries are pretty great too. Only problem is it's a bit pricey (~$15 for my usual order of a double burger, fries, and soda). Probably the best "fast food" burger I've had. Just wish they were a bit cheaper.

This Shake Shack is awesome! Bray was so nice, informative on menu items, and amazing at taking our order! Everyone else from the woman who had my order ready and the sweet young man who brought my chicken nuggets to me was so kind as well! Try the Pride Shake, Fries, and personally, I like the Chicken Nuggets with honey mustard. But, the burgers are just as amazing (I took a bite of my Mom’s) like the ones at their locations in NYC. Give Shake Shack a visit!

First time shake shack visitor and it was incredible.

The cashier who I was first approached by, greeted, and took my order had so many great qualities for customer service and hospitality. The smile, the voice, the attitude, the patience, the purpose of being there for the guest. I don't remember her name, but she should be in one of my photos.

The food was presented in a basket, which is a fun exciting plate. All my good almost fit on one plate. And it was delicious, no harm, no needed extra service about it. I did ask for no cheese, and my request was granted.

I only felt like drinking water, and this place has a self service water station..... never seen that before and I loved it!

There's in door and out door seating. I suggest not bringing your do because it is in a close knit area! It's in a shopping center, so there's is so much to see!
