The Nova on Preston

I've read some of the reviews of those who did not have a positive experience at the Nova. To them I say...try it again!!! And to anyone who is craving some interesting and delicious Latin Fusion...try it! It's not your average tex-mex. Beautiful decor and great live music.

A new place. Menus need work. Need a better selection of beers. Got the appetizer platter and we're very pleased. Very tasty.

The food was SO good! Fresh ingredients and perfect portion size. Great tapa selections. Waitstaff was friendly and with more training the service will be better. I will be back for sure!

The Nova opened last week, and spotting their grand opening sign thought I'd give it a try. Advertised as a Tex-Mex with a Latino infusion, Lord, does this place deliver! A free fritter was delivered and wow what a knock out! Done with a tempura batter, rice 5 cheeses, and black bean. The delicacy of the various elements just floored me. As the en tray I ordered the shrimp and scallop enchilada, Oh my, oh my, the sauce is to die for and the shrimp and scallop were delightful!
