“Listen to the reviews. They made a PERFECT Undertow. Rarely are the layers preserved so well. The friendly person at the window immediately handed it to me with a sense of urgency as I handed her my payment. This tells me they are experienced with serving shots and understand that when dealing with layered shots time is of the essence to insure a proper shot experience. I feel comfortable that if I wanted any other unique shots that I could speak with them and they could get it done. These baristas, at least the ones in the mornings on weekdays, are competent with coffee. I say "mornings" as I have not visited at other times. The Americana also tasted clean and smooth. No bitter or burnt taste. This Starbucks stands above the rest in my view.”

I have to be at work at 5:30am and ordering ahead was very convenient for me as I would just swing by and pick up my drink. Now I have to find another location with ordering ahead. I’m weird) but this location always has all the flavors ready, not crunchy and stale, not waiting for them to cook. “I've been going to the location for quite a while now and was on the web to get their phone number and happened to see the reviews and some of the comments made below. First off, anyone with common sense and knowing that we're in the midst of a pandemic and had a superior mindset regarding hygiene, would be a straight dummy to want to use a "public restroom"----hence the word, "PUBLIC"!!! But I guess I understand that some people's minds don't pop like that...... and as far as the floors being nasty, most of it is because there are a lot of children.....adults too, that have no home training and spill stuff and won't clean up behind themselves or purposely leave messes for the staff to do which is very inconsiderate, obnoxious, trifling and just straight up rude. Yet not one comment mentioned how they had masks and a hand sanitizer device outside the store free of charge for people to use as needed. The employees' primary roles are customer service. They are not maids. There's always more negative being spread around the world than there is positive. This location is crazy busy all the time because it's surrounded by a huge radius combination of apartments, townhouses, schools and homes. Not to mention, a local Salvation Army who now has a gym and a new Shutterfly facility. They can't constantly keep up with everything. They service a wide range of consumers for such a small store. I know personally, they've always been good to me when I'm there and treat me with respect. I know they get moody at times and with me being a Manager over customer service at my regular job, the receiving end should have patience and understanding. Don't mistreat or be ugly to others when they're having a rough time because we've ALL been there. Still continue to smile and pray for them. That's the best thing anyone can do. Always remember that God DOES heal a sinner's prayer and He never refuses "knee-mail"!”

“I always come here since it’s down the street from my job and the lady with the blondish black hair about 5’4 of height..always has an attitude. I’m not sure if it’s just me but I always come in with a nice attitude and the only one to seem cheerful here is the guy with the black hair who is about maybe 5’8. They always personalize the experience and offer a high level of customer service for myself and my puppy dog. We choose this location amongst the others off of Preston rd. I appreciate that, generally, they are not sold out of vegetarian friendly food options. As a vegetarian, I struggle with availability of options at other locations. Bridget and her the management team have a great hold on ordering and item availability. You guys are doing a great job and Gix and I will miss you guys while we are in Austin.”

She had to void my 1st payment because she was charging me for the wrong order then was like your order got deleted wait no it didn't there it is. Also I wanted 6 pumps of vanilla in my iced coffee and she advised that it comes like that I said honey it comes with 3 she said not anymore. So apparently the online screen is wrong and they've changed it since the day before yesterday when I got this coffee and she gave me no straw which is fine I can get a straw but she was very rude. No phone number works to talk to a manager and I couldn't mobile order because it was down. I really should give it 1 star but I won't let her give this Starbucks a bad name.”
