“Its OK. Heard a lot about this place from friends so we decided to go and had an underwhelming experience. The tables around us had not been cleaned, there was food and napkins on the floor had empty plates and food left on the tables. It took a while for the staff to clean the tables and the floor. That was a turn off. When we ordered the pizza it came pretty fast and had good taste overall but was burned to a crisp on one side. It was hard to bite into. We decided not to complain ate whatever we could and left. Having experienced other Desi establishments this experience was not different at all issues was cleanliness, service, and food quality control. I am sure when first opened it must have been a fine restaurant, but we left with not so surprising experience.”

“This is an awesome experience and location. I went with my son, his wife, and two children. The food and drinks were great and the customer service was excellent. We were comfortable, were able to play Corn Hole, and walk around the water feature while looking at the ducks and turtles. I look forward to going back.”

“A few months ago I rated this location with 4 stars because my salad was pretty good. I had to change the stars to 5 after my visit this evening. I took a moment to look over the menu, and was approached by Alexander with a warm smile and asked if I had any questions. Previously I tried the Ahi Tuna which was pretty good,(recommend eating it in the restaurant the heat from the fish makes the lettuce soft) Alexander recommend the Sockeye Salmon with Dill dressing. As he was preparing my salad he praised his employee for making a very good Salmon for the last guest and asked him to prepare mine. It was very nice to see a healthy team environment. Alexander allowed me to taste the dressing before finishing my order. Great customer experience and my salad was great. I recommend this location. Thank Alexander for the 5 star customer experience!”

“Food generally good and nice bar area. A little pricey, but I don't mind for good food and service. Waiter knocked a full glass of ted wine over on my wife and I. I had to ask to get the glass of wine off my bill. They gave us 2 $10 coupons to use at a future visit. I don't know that they will be open long enough to use them given their low level of patronage.”

“I am always impressed with Jersey Mike's customer service. I have visited multiple locations in the Plano/Frisco area and am treated great at every location. I came to this location tonight and was extremely grateful for the 3 guys working there. I was the only customer customer in the store at 8:30pm (30 minutes before close) and all 3 of them jumped up to help me when I walked in. After they started making my sandwich I realized I left my wallet at home and told them sorry I wouldn't be able to pay for it. I started to walk out but they said they would buy my sandwich tonight. They definitely did not have to do that. I work in the restaurant industry and see a lot of bad customer service sometimes. These guys went above and beyond to win a customer for life!! I great job to them and to Jersey Mike's! Keep up the amazing work!!”

“This is a hard review to write. The place is not cheap but during happy hour the rolls are half off. Some of their fish was really good. Their salmon was poorly cut and tasted on the older side. The shrimp and vegetable tempura was very good. Service was outstanding and the restaurant is welcoming, well decorated, and very clean (mind you we got there when it just opened). If this place was in the San Francisco Bay or New York, I would have given them less stars since their fish quality could be better for their pricing. Over all this is one of the better sushi places I've gone to in DFW and it was an enjoyable experience.”

“Visited the place couple of times for dinner and lunch on different days. Pro. It is not crowded. Con. It is never crowded. That tells you a bit about the food. The food is heavily Americanized. So if you are spice and pepper averse but still want Indian styled food, it is good. You can order any dish on their menu and the spice level is 3/10 at best on the actual spice scale. On the other hand, if you are an actual Indian, look elsewhere. When you ask for spicy, they just tend to add a whole lot of pepper to your dish. In my option, the distinction between spicy and hot is lost on them. One more thing. I have no desire to be contacted as I shall not be returning.”

The service is great with a manager always roaming the floor to make sure everything turns out well. I used to go to their spot in Addison and it had so much ambiance and charm. The only thing I would ding this Benedict's location is that it feels like a non-descript hotel lobby restaurant. They should do more with the decor and something to spice up the atmosphere.”
