Hana Hibachi & Sushi

We celebrated my husband's birthday here. You get a free entree with proof of your birthday... What a great treat! Our server was a little annoyed for some reason that night but overall we had a good experience and the food was great!

Great place. The first time we went it was better but the food is always great. They do need to pay attention to the cleanliness. Servers tried to seat me at a dirty table twice.
But the food is great...

Excellent customer service! Lots of vegetarian options! They even offer soy paper instead of seaweed for every roll. Hunter was always smiling, very welcoming, and patient with our special order. He was awesome! Elma went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction; she is very passionate and taught us a lot about sushi recipes. So glad to have them in Prosper!

This place was awesome. The food is great, and our chef was even better. Highly recommend Henry (short Henry- as he clarified, lol), he was hilarious. I ordered the hibachi vegetable dinner and he asked if I was a vegetarian before he started cooking, just to clarify if he needed to cook the meat second. I’ve never been to a restaurant that considerate of their customers. The atmosphere here is great, and I 100% recommend this to anyone who wants Hibachi or sushi!

We went for a celebration dinner and it didn't disappoint! We arrived early and got seated right away. Even though we were the first ones at our table we had our drink order taken immediately. The soup and salad came next and they never missed a beat. The service was provided in a way that we never realized that we were waiting for the table to fill up. The food was all fresh, the rice cooked perfectly and the flavors were amazing. Our chef was entertaining and attentive along with the rest of the staff. Overall it was a great experience that will have us returning.
