Great food, reasonably priced, pretty loud inside.

Excellent post- lockdown service.We had a chicken torta and also cerviche. The tortas was stuffed with yummy chicken. The cerviche was a generous heaping serving with avacado chips and stuffed Jalapenos. Never a bad meal here.

So excited they are open in Wylie. The new place is so cute, and service was wonderful. Food was great, as we knew it would be.

The food, as with all locations (including Casa Mama), was absolutely to the excellent standard we are used to. However, the prices are at least 10-20% higher than the exact same items at any of the other locations. In fact, my wife had eaten lunch at Casa Mama, ordered the taco plate and recieved her bill (tax included) for less than $8. At the house, the 2 taco plate was $9 without tax, and 2 street tacos were $10. The enchilada plate was $14, and didn't even come with rice and beans. Seriously? $14 for three enchiladas and a flauta!? My Dr. Pepper was no refills, but nobody thought to tell me this when I ordered it, just waited till it was empty and then offered me a water. The service was good, as I've come to expect from this family of restaurants. But I fail to see the reason for upping the prices, especially when I can drive 5 minutes further for the same great food, atmosphere, and service... and get a much better value. I understand the location probably costs more in rent, but don't gouge the loyal patrons who are excited to have a Frankie's just a bit closer.

The Red Snapper (both menu items) is amazing and the queso dip is the best I have ever had! The service, including the bartenders is top notch. It is always a great experience and well worth the money for the quality and service you get.
