“What a great Starbucks! This location has a very cozy atmosphere with exceptionally friendly staff! The people working while I was here today (Amanda, Rachael, Veer, & Raquel) were all doing an exceptional job. This was my first time visiting this particular Starbucks and I was immediately greeted by Rachael when walking in the door. I could tell that each of the employees were friends and genuinely enjoy working with each other, which trickled into a really positive and fun experience for customers interacting with them while getting coffee. Amanda made my latte and it was delicious. :D She even went the extra mile by making my second drink extra hot so that it would still be warm by the time I got to my next destination. I enjoyed getting to chat with her and also meet some of the other great staff at this terrific location. Highly recommend! :)”

“Pleasantly surprised! I stopped in here twice now during my lunch break and I have yet to be let down. The first time I had the Asian chop salad and it was delicious and I even had left overs. The second time I got the southwestern chopped burrito bowl and again, had leftovers! The service was quick and fast and the location is super clean. I love that they have so many options- salads and non-salads and you can even customize your own. I like that they also include the calories next to each item, it makes it easier to plan your meals. If you’re in the area or just needing a new spot for a quick bite, I’d highly recommend Chop Stop!”

“Great new Taiwanese restaurant in the 99 Ranch food court! They are known for their sizzling steak plates and bento plates. We got the steak to go knowing it wouldn't be the same and it was decent but would have been better on a sizzling plate. Probably would have given 5 stars if we ate it there. The fried chicken leg rice plate was amazing. Huge portions and fresh out of the fryer. Took a little longer since they cook to order but it was just like in Taiwan. The rice has braised pork on top of it too. Definitely excited to have this in Frisco and to try more on the menu!”

“I went to Udipi Bhavan on 7/22/17. Their grand opening was on 7/21/17. Previous restaurant was called Viceroy in the same place. Udipi Bhavan is the new Indian vegetarian restaurant that just opened on 7/21/17 in the same place. I had the buffet. I thought the food was tasty, good selection of vegetarian items. It is a good casual atmosphere. If you are looking for tasty vegetarian Indian food, definately try Udipi Bhavan.”

“This Starbucks location is the perfect drive thru location! They are fast (most of the time) and friendly (all of the time!). They always personalize the experience and offer a high level of customer service for myself and my puppy dog. We choose this location amongst the others off of Preston rd. I appreciate that, generally, they are not sold out of vegetarian friendly food options. As a vegetarian, I struggle with availability of options at other locations. Bridget and her the management team have a great hold on ordering and item availability. You guys are doing a great job and Gix and I will miss you guys while we are in Austin.”

She had to void my 1st payment because she was charging me for the wrong order then was like your order got deleted wait no it didn't there it is. Also I wanted 6 pumps of vanilla in my iced coffee and she advised that it comes like that I said honey it comes with 3 she said not anymore. So apparently the online screen is wrong and they've changed it since the day before yesterday when I got this coffee and she gave me no straw which is fine I can get a straw but she was very rude. No phone number works to talk to a manager and I couldn't mobile order because it was down. I really should give it 1 star but I won't let her give this Starbucks a bad name.”
