“Roma TX will be fabulous once it is completely open. They just recently changed names. I believe I visited during a somewhat soft opening. I was greeted by the owners. Both were very personable. I ordered and Alfredo Pizza, Brisket Tacos and a Pepperoni Pizza. All were delicious, however the Alfredo with Bacon and Black Olives was my favorite. Over all, I enjoyed my visit and will return again:)”

“We had to wait several minutes to be seated. The hostess was not in the front of the house waiting for customers to come in. She was somewhere in the back. The restaurant had several other customers already seated and in various stages of service. No other parties were waiting to be seated when we arrived. The restaurant was clean. Service was excellent. Our waitress Corina was very good. She is well versed in the hospitality industry expectations. She took our orders efficiently, checked back on our table multiple times as we ate, and brought the check in a timely manner. Very little wait time, efficient and timely service. Our order was prepared fast in the kitchen. Very little wait time from ordering until the food was being served. Food was good. Chips and hot sauce were good. None of the foods we ordered stood out as exceptional from other Mexican food restaurants in the area.”

“The lamb was everything, very fresh and full of flavor. Good customer service. Only take away everything was very oily, from the lamb to rice and of course the plantains full of pure grease. My stewed beef was very tender, but lacked seasoning. And was literally sitting in oil. Also if you are a condiment person, they offer zero not even a decent pepper sauce. So for me I had to take my food to go, I needed to get home to my hot sauce and some seasonings.”

I was greeted by Michelle and Tabitha who were warm, friendly and made us feel like we had just come to a Luau at their home. We each ordered something different on the menu so we could taste it all, and it didn't disappoint. Truly amazing. This was the perfect precursor to my Hawaiian travels. “Plenty of parking as it’s located inside the outlet mall. We went on the weekend around lunch time and it is PACKED. Some staff wore masks, but zero social distancing. You do have the option to order to go, there are some outdoor seating nearby. After you order, you can find an empty table. First come first serve. We were lucky to find a table right away. But it took forever for the food to arrive, but I mean you could have guessed that from the amount of people waiting. So if you don’t want to wait then this is probably not the best spot to come to. Wings were good, not dry and had a good amount of flavor. Also ordered a Junior cheeseburger which is very standard. Fries were nice and fresh. Sweet potato fries tasted really good too. Was pleasantly surprised that they served cold beer! Since the wait for food was really long, we ordered a second round of drinks. The manager (?) was super nice and brought the second round of drinks for us instead of having us wait in line to order again. Was a nice break between shopping.”

“Due to pandemic and an infant we haven’t really gone anywhere in the past two years. We saw this place open up and it looked interesting. We had some family visit from overseas and we opt to try this out for brunch, and so happy that we did! The atmosphere of this restaurant is awesome! My toddler loved it. Seeing all the “kitties” all around made it special. We all had to take turns walking around the restaurant as she showed us everything. We had a decent sized party and that caused no issue for the staff. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We all got various mimosas which were nice but honestly not worth the cost overall. The food on other hand was awesome!! You can choose from either brunch or lunch menu. I got the Cowboy skillet and it was awesome. So much meat and flavors. The biscuit was one of the best, fluffy, and delicious ones I have had in an extremely long time. My wife got the French toast and it had a very nice crunch to it, and my daughter got fries which were awesome. One of the best brunch places I have been to and we will def come back!!”

“We had an excellent experience tonight. Our server, Junior, was on top of our needs and took excellent care of us. My darling husband has ruined me when it comes to ordering off the drink menu at most restaurants. I know my liquor and cocktails so when Junior approached us for a drink order I decided to go speak directly to the bar manager, Matt. I knew what I wanted but my friend (also ruined by my husband's cocktail knowledge and skills) was having a difficult time deciding on a drink. Matt answered all our questions, discussed various rum and gin they had available, and infused simple syrups. With Matt's help we were able to concoct a simple drink ( dark rum, pineapple juice, and basil infused simple syrup) for my friend. We appreciate the staff putting in the extra effort to accommodate us. Sugar bacon and deviled eggs were excellent starters. I had the ribeye tacos which were filled with a lot of meat and also excellent.”

“Excellent pizza! I've been to Manhattan many times, and have sampled all kinds of pizza places. Tonight I ordered the NYC style pepperoni pizza. The best pizza I've had since my last trip to NYC 2 years ago. I've struggled to find a good pizza joint around here. I finally found it, and now my #1 choice. The quality and freshness of everything was spot on. The crust was delicious and perfectly crispy, soft, and thin at the same time. Love this place and will be ordering from here going forward for pizza!”
