Bonzai Japanese Steak and Sushi

The hibachi food was so good! The sauces were awesome. Our chef was great. And our server was so attentive and polite. He even brought a little bowl of ice cubes for my daughter's soup. Highly recommend this place!

The floor on the hibachi side is slick, but that is somewhat understandable and forgivable. The food is always good, and the quality of the sushi here generally exceeds the quality of the other 2 places in town. Basically, Bonzai may not offer as much variety in their sushi menu and it is more variable, but this is because they hold a much higher standard of quality. In NB, service is always hit or miss, but usually the service here is good for both lunch and dinner. The house made ginger dressing and soup are always excellent

I still think Eric is the best restaurant manager in town. He is always doing something. Helping the staff and greeting and talking to customers. The food is consistently great and they are very careful about my gluten free options. Love it! We usually come for lunch, but some days it is packed so we try to come off hours, like 1:30-3pm... quieter and a more relaxing lunchtime.
