Texas Bistro At Park View

This was wonderful! Food was great! I had the Mexican breakfast and it was the perfect amount of spice with out going over board! My aunt didn't even have food left on her plate. Would come back!!

Incredibly delicious. Our first time visit, but, definitely not the last! My friend and I shared the special..salmon w/shrimp & veggies. Wow! The flavor was amazing! Next time we want to try the pecan crusted chicken...we heard it was delicious. Great job!

Nice new restaurant. Brunch menu varied, with lots of choices. I was with a fairly large group. Service was slow, it took over an hour before food was served! But food was excellent! The 2 most popular orders were the pecan crusted chicken and the tortilla crusted pork with apricot sauce. Waiter was efficient, serving food in order around table, same with bills. He kept water, tea, and coffee glasses filled, was polite and friendly. Definitely worth another visit!

The place is definitely upscale. Prices are very fair for the portions you get. Ate there early evening 5p-6p yesterday (01/25). I ordered the Pecan Crusted Chicken with green beans and split potatoes and was not disappointed by the size of the chicken nor it's flavor. The same could be said about the green beans and potatoes. My friend ordered a house salad that had the freshest vegetables.The piece of chicken was enormous almost took up the entire plate surface and was lightly covered with creamy gravy. Google maps has this place pinned wrong. The 5 and half month old place is the first place in the Park View plaza coming in from the S. Seguin Rd/Rte 725 entrance. Our server Justin was cool and friendly. This place also has a patio that looks out to the road but is nicely laid out with low glowing string lighting and and plenty of patio tables and chairs and also have a few heaters for those cooler evening get togethers.

Fantastic chef inspired fresh food. The ambiance is very casual and fun. Indoor or outdoor patio area are very comfortable. The staff is fast and friendly, the food is top shelf, no frozen fried stuff here, only fresh ingredients and flavor for days. Prices are great, portions could be a bit larger, but I just have a sweet desert and that tops me off. Ya just gotta give it a try, you’ll see why we love it.
