    Very good food with an even better owner. Have yet to have an item on the menu that hasn’t blown my expectations out of the water!

    So excited to have this food truck in our area! They are now at The District on Hwy46 behind Darlene’s Cafe. (Just on Friday evening’s & Saturday from 1-9 for now) I had the Crawfish Poboy, Chicken & Sausage Gumbo & the Boudin Balls. They were all delicious! Can’t wait to try some more of their menu items. Great job!

    Check out this new food truck at the District on 46. Awesome and authentic creole cuisine. Everything was perfectly prepared with care. Highly recommend.

    Easy to use the website to order. Price was better than other local places. Easy pickup. Crawfish were fresh and bigger than expected for March. Only had a handful of dead ones in the sack. We'll probably do another boil before the season is over. Highly recommend Crawfish Dude.
